Magadans Langar þig að kynnast líkama þínum upp á nýtt, nota vöðva og læra hreyfingar sem þú vissir ekki að væru til? Styrkja bak og miðju og ná betri líkamsstöðu? Kvenlegur og sensual er dansinn frá miðausturlöndum, oft kallaður magadans. Dansinn sem gefur aukið sjálfstraust fyrir konur í nútímasamfélagi, þar sem kvenleikinn fær að njóta sín. Hentar konum á öllu aldri, hvort sem það er til að halda kynorkunni lifandi eða til að dansa sig í gegnum breytingaskeiðið. Hreyfingarnar eru mjúkar, styrkja grindarbotninn og auka vellíðan.
Magadans með Rósulind Í tímunum verður lögð áheyrsla á tækni, ryþma og framkomu og við munum læra mismunandi egypska dansstíla, klassískan magadans, baladi og saidi. Tímarnir eru ætlaðir öllum þeim sem hafa áður tekið byrjendanámskeið og vilja komast lengra.
Magadans með Írisi Dulúðugi dansinn úr austrinu sem styrkir bak og miðju. Tímarnir auka úthald og hreyfigetu. Magadans hefur verið stundaður í árþúsundir til að auka frjósemi, á meðgöngu, í fæðingu, eftir barnsburð, til að halda kynorkunni lifandi og til að dansa sig í gegnum breytingaskeiðið, í partýum jafnt sem jarðarförum, til að segja sögur og njóta lífsins! Hreyfingarnar eru mjúkar, styrkja grindarbotninn og auka vellíðan
Fatnaður: Best er að vera í leggings eða þægilegum fötum þar sem hreyfingar sjást auðveldlega. Víður fatnaður hentar síður. Berfættar eða í sokkum. Kramhúsið á peningabelti til láns til að binda um mjaðmir… og nei, það þarf ekki að sýna magann frekar en hver og ein vill.

Belly dance. Do you want to get to know your body in a new way, use muscles, and learn movements you didn’t know existed? Strengthen your back and core and achieve better posture? The dance from the Middle East, often called belly dance, is feminine and sensual. It is a dance that boosts confidence for women in modern society, where femininity is celebrated. Suitable for women of all ages, whether to keep their sexual energy alive or to dance through life changes. The movements are gentle, strengthen the pelvic floor, and enhance well-being.
Belly Dance with Rósalind: In the classes, emphasis will be placed on technique, rhythm, and performance, and we will learn different Egyptian dance styles, classical belly dance, baladi, and saidi. The classes are intended for everyone who has previously taken a beginner course and wants to progress further.
Bellydance with Íris the mysterious dance from The East strengthens the back and core. The dance increases endurance and mobility. Belly dancing has been practiced for millennia to increase fertility, during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum; to keep the sex drive alive and to dance through menopause, at parties and funerals, to tell stories and to enjoy life! The movements are soft and suitable for all! Exercises strengthen the gluteal muscles and pelvic floor. Great emphasis on well-being and a safe space.
Clothing: It’s best to wear leggings or comfortable clothes where movements are easily visible. Loose clothing is less suitable. Barefoot or in socks. The hip scarf on a coin belt is available for loan to tie around the hips… and no, you don’t need to show your stomach unless you want to.

Belly dancing has been practiced for millennia and promotes, balance, strength, digestion, coordination and confidence as well as being fun and expressive dance form. The movements are soft and suitable for all women, strengthen the supporting muscles and pelvic floor and loosen the hips.

Clothing: Clothing: Soft clothing that doesn’t restrict movement. Barefoot or in socks. The cuddle house has money belts available for loan to wrap around the hips… and no, no one need to show their stomach, it is optional.
