Herra jóga tímarnir eru fyrir menn á öllum aldri sem vilja bæta líkamlegt og andlegt ástand, auka liðleika og styrk. Áhersla er lögð á styrk og liðleika, öndunaræfingar, hugleiðslu og slökun. Tímarnir byggja á Vinyasa jógaflæði með stryrktaræfingum fyrir stoðkerfi líkamans – axlir, miðju, mjaðmir og fætur – ljúfar teygjur sem losa um spennu og auka liðleika. Tímarnir enda á djúpri slökun.

The men’s yoga are suitable for men of all ages who want to improve their physical and mental well-being, increase flexibility, and build strength. The focus is on strength and flexibility, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. The classer are based on Vinyasa yoga flow combined with strengthening exercises for body’s support system – shoulders, core, hips and legs – gentle stretches to release tension and improve mobility. Each class ends with deep relaxation.
