Hádegis workout er styrktaræfingatími með fönk og popptónlist. Mjúk upphitun ásamt styrktaræfingum og jafnvægisæfingum byggt á Barre æfingakerfinu. Skemmtilegar teygjur í lok hvers tíma. Bætir stoðkerfið, eykur orku og minnkar stress.

Twelve weeks course starting on the 5th Jan – 28th March
Noon workout is a workout class with funk and pop music. A soft warm-up that flows into strengthening exercises along with balance based on Barre. Lovely stretches at the end of each session. Strengthens the musculoskeletal system, increases energy and reduces stress.
All Saturdays classes are included. Strength & balance, Flex Body and Afro workout.
