Flex Body er allra vinsælasti styrktar- og brennslutími Kramhússins. Fyrir þau sem vilja komast í form og auka liðleika á skemmtilegan hátt við góða tónlist. DanceCardio, eigin líkamsþyngd, létt lóð, teygjur og „moving meditation“. Sigga hefur þróað tímann í 10 ár og les vel í hvað hópurinn þarf hverju sinni. Alhliða tími sem styrkir, liðkar og gleður.

Note – We offer flexibility between our Flex Body classes. If you miss a class in your course you can make it up at another scheduled time, provided space is available
No classes during the week leading up to Easter, on Easter Monday or labourday May 1
The Flex Body midday classes are also part of the green card/Græna kortið, which is a open pass for all midday classes at Kramhúsið( See under Námskeið og Skráning)
All classes on Saturdays are included (Strength and Mobility, Flex Body and Afro Workout)

Sigga has developed the class over the past 10 years and has great intuition for what the group needs each time. A well-rounded class that strengthens the body, improves mobility, and lifts your mood.
