Ballett byrjendur/miðstig með Nicholas Tímarnir eru fyrir öll sem hafa áhuga á læra ballett eða þau sem vilja styrkja sig í grunntækni. Áhersla er lögð á grunn undirstöðuatriði í ballett og að ná góðu valdi á líkamsbeitingu, flæði og samhæfingu hreyfinga. Ávinningurinn er bætt líkamsstaða, sterkari miðja og öryggi í dansstíl. Tíminn er byggður upp með upphitun á ballett stöng, æfingum út á gólfi og hoppum í enda tímans. Tæknilegar æfingar þar sem áhersla er lögð á liðleika, styrk, líkamsbeitingu og að sjálfsögðu dansgleði.
Ballett intermediate með Jeffre Tímarnir eru fyrir þau sem hafa hafa grunn í ballet eða annarskonar dans-/fimleikaþjálfun. Áhersla er lögð á ná góðu valdi á líkamsbeitingu, flæði og samhæfingu hreyfinga. Ávinningurinn er bætt líkamsstaða, sterkari miðja og öryggi í dansstíl. Tíminn er byggður upp með upphitun á ballett stöng, æfingum út á gólfi og hoppum í enda tímans. Tæknilegar æfingar þar sem áhersla er lögð á liðleika, styrk, líkamsbeitingu og að sjálfsögðu dansgleði.

Ballet beginners/midlevel with Nicholas on Tuesdays at 20:40-21:40.
Five weeks course from 24th February – 24th March
Ballet interm. with Jeffre on Tuesdays at 19:40-20:45 and Thursdays at 19:15 – 20:30.
Tuesdays only – Four weeks course from 17th Feb – 10th March
Thursdays only – Four weeks course from 19th Feb – 12th March
Tuesdays and Thursdays – Four weeks course from 17th Feb – 14th March
Ballet beginners/midlevel is for everyone who is interested in learning ballet or those who want to strengthen themselves in basic technique. Emphasis is placed on the basics of ballet and gaining good control over body application, flow and coordination of movements. The benefits are improved posture, strong core and confidence in the dance style. The class is built on warm-up on the ballet bar, exercises on the floor and jumps at the end of the class. Technical exercises with emphasis on flexibility, strength, body posture and, of course, the joy of dancing.
Ballet Intermediate is for those who have dance experience and are enthusiastic to improve ballet technique and posture. Emphasis is placed on gaining good control over body application, flow and coordination of movements. The benefits are improved posture, strong core and confidence in the dance style. The class is built on warm-up on the ballet bar, exercises on the floor and jumps at the end of the class. Technical exercises with emphasis on flexibility, strength, body posture and, of course, the joy of dancing.
