Milljón leiðir til að hrista á sér rassinn með Margréti Maack. Svita- og styrktartími sem byggður er í kringum hin ýmsu bossatrix. Styrktaræfingar sem stækka markvissar mjaðmahreyfingar, styrkja kviðvöðva og auka úthald. Núvitund og góð partýtrix í bland. Farið verður í sögu hverrar tækni fyrir sig, og hvaðan sporin koma.
Stutt fjögurra vikna námskeið hefst 7. mars.

A workout class aimed at the million of ways to shake your booty. Teacher is Margrét Maack who is a bellydancer and burlesque performer. Class will be built of of warm up, technical work, combinations and stretches and is a mix of dance meditation and good party tricks! We will also learn the story and cultural background of different ways of moving ones hips. How has twerking evolved from traditional African dances to modern hip hop? How has Shakira mixed bellydance and samba?
A short 4 week course starts March 7th.
Taught on Tuesdays at 17:20-18:20.
1st class: Shimmy, grinds and breath
2nd class: Twerk and stomach exercise
3rd class: Floor work and bootyclaps
4th class: Final class, revision and letting loose
